Beaufighter update for Mark

Andy continues to work on completion of the tailplane now that we have all of the spars and also the wooden wing tip leading edges. You might not see him as you walk through the hangar as he his hidden down at the back end.

We have a total of five engines for the Beau., two originals from the "bush", two Hercules 216's from Hastings, a 264 and a 600 series from France. Ideally we would like to obtain a couple of original engines, can you help?

Later this month we expect a visit from Amanda the grandaughter of the navigater from this aircraft. She has been busy scanning her grandfathers log book and also many photos, sounds like we are in for a treat.

Hi there, I hear that the museum at RAF Millom has some original Beaufighter engines, not sure of condition but might be worth a try?
