Another day for the Spitfire XVIII team chasing an elusive defect shows them replacing the camshaft and rocker mechanism after changing the valve springs. Plugs, side rails and exhausts to go then its down to the tie down pan for power runs.
From left to right we have, Fred, Chris, Jodie and Peter.
Also out on the field today was the Spit. XIV having adjustments to its injector. Nearby was the Gladiator having an engine run to check out the rewire of the generator and battery system by Mick, all was good.
