Not your normal day at TFC. After ploughing through a mountain of paperwork the day was slowly winding down when the tannoy told us to leave the site. Oh goody, early finish!
Initially told it was a bomb scare, bags left around etc, it turned out to be an unusual pointed object dug up by the contractors laying kerb stones on site.
Invaded by police it was time to fight our way out onto the A505 and home.
No doubt it will be a news item tonight. I wonder if we will be able to go to work tomorrow?
